NEWS FROM REELPIPES.COM - (late) August 2022

Well, checking in after being away, I see that the August newsletter went outto only a very small poirtion of the subscriber list. So, a few updates and re-send.

It’s been great to be at Highland games and also to watch recordings from different parts of the world, as things gradually come back together. 

If you’ve ordered anything off the site in the past month, delivery information will come soon, now that we’re back from Scotland.

Had a fantatsic few weeks practicing and competing with the 78th Highlanders, Halifax Citadel and if you haven't already, habe a listen to the medley from Maxville, which we won. https://youtu.be/UVLiAR7f0JQ

Following that, we had some R&R near Ullapool, and then World's week and PipingLive! in Glasgow, where we caught lots of great shows. Check out pipesdrums for anumber of reviews. A highlight of the week in Glasgow was seeing daughter Eilidh compete with ScottishPower Pipe Band at the Worlds, not to mention our many friends and former bandmates in several bands. The trip to Scotland is always a time to re-connect with suppliers, too, and we met with a wide range of suppliers to keep current with what's happening and bring the best products and information to our customers.
