When you complete your order online, the website calculates a shipping cost based on flat rates per item, and sometimes it can be off. We always refund postage overpayments.  If the shipping costs more than you've paid, we'll contact you to have you pay the correct amount before we ship.

We have recently adjusted this flat rate to account for higher postage costs, so it may take a few weeks to re-adjust some items on the site. Please be assured we'll do our best to get you the products without "making money" on the shipping.

If the products you order are in stock, we will usually ship your order within one or two business days. If you live in the Regina area, you can always collect your items personally.


Returned Goods Policy offers a full money-back guarantee on most items if returned within 30 days of the purchase. A 15% restocking fee may be taken off of the refund amount. Any customs or brokerage fees will be passed onto the customer.

To Return or Exchange Purchases:
* Merchandise must be returned in unused, resalable condition, with original packaging.
* Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment.
* If sending from outside Canada, mark outside of package with "Returning Canadian Goods - Zero (0) Value".
* Ship using your national postal service (ie. USPS, Royal Mail, etc.).
* Not following the instructions above may delay the refund process.

International Exchanges:
For international exchanges, please place a new order online.
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue a refund via the original method of payment.
